Cara is the founder and CEO of Concierge Pilates. A natural leader, innovator, and a ten year student of Pilates, she saw a need for a personalized Pilates service designed for busy clients who can’t make it into a studio—or just prefer to fit the practice into their schedule. Cara has a background in advertising sales, investment and business development. When not engaged with her team of rock star Pilates instructors, Cara loves to travel and explore new cultures. She once bought an around the world ticket and visited 17 countries over the course of a year.
As our CCO (Chief Commonsense Officer), Aimee advises on behind the scenes operations that make Concierge Pilates run like a well-oiled machine. With over 10 years’ experience running international licensing and business development for Rolling Stone, she is guiding and assisting in the overall processes for the business. She continues to fine-tune many of the elements that make the business what it is today. When not being a Brainiac, Aimee can be found with her new hubby and puppy. Aimee once spent 6 months living with a tribe in Samoa.
Melissa is our Chief People Officer. With a knack for picking the best talent, Melissa creates and maintain synergy and growth—a team that grows together, stays together! She has an expansive background in HR which includes working with large corporations as well as startups. Whatever the situation, Melissa is a gifted people person whose innate ability to evaluate, execute, and create success makes her an invaluable member of the team. When not collaborating with the team, Melissa is back on her mat growing her own Pilates practice.
A world-traveler originally from the Philippines, Adriane brings life and adventure to every endeavor. His background in media will allow him to generate creative and widespread means of marketing Concierge Pilates. Adriane just so happens to be one of the most wonderful humans on the planet—people are drawn to his kindness, and you will be too! When not busy being awesome, he’s hanging with his new puppy, Niles Crane!
